It is truly a collector’s edition: the world’s first true Mango Schnaps. It is high proof at 43%, aromatic, smooth but punchy, unfiltered, artisan and quintessentially Australian- a drop of our tropical Aussie spirit in your glass.

Most fruit Schnaps is made by soaking fruit in wheat alcohol, which then gets filtered before it is sold. Often synthetic aromas have to be added, sometimes even sugar to improve the taste. In contrast, our Mango Heart is made by a careful 9 month process which slowly builds the alcohol as the fruit ferments, before being distilled in a traditional copper pot by awarded distillers. We only collect the ‘heart’ (or middle) fraction of this distillate for you, as it holds the best aroma and flavour.
